Shipping availability and charges

Available delivery destinations, shipping methods, charges, and any carrier estimates are shown at checkout. Free U.S. shipping applies when displayed on the product page or at checkout. Any paid shipping charge is shown before you place your order.

Production and processing

Some Sunday Supply garments are made to order. Where stated on the product page, allow an additional 3 business days for production before shipment. Product-specific production or preorder timelines are shown on the relevant listing. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Carrier estimates begin after the package is handed to the carrier; they do not include production time. We will send shipment confirmation and tracking details when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless a service is expressly described as guaranteed.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you ordered, we will notify you with an updated estimate and explain your options to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. We will obtain any consent required by law. If no shipment timeframe was stated, we follow the applicable legal requirements for shipment, delay notices, and refunds.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If a package is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a resolution and disclose any proposed reshipping charge before proceeding.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If tracking appears stalled, shows delivery that you cannot locate, or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you on a resolution. A carrier scan does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

International deliveries

If international shipping is offered at checkout, customs processing may affect delivery. Duties, import taxes, or clearance charges may apply. Charges collected at checkout will be identified there; destination authorities or carriers may collect other charges unless the checkout states that they are included.
