About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of sundaysupplyshop.com and purchases from SUNDAY SPPLY CO. (Sunday Supply). Our store is hosted by Shopify. Sunday Supply is the seller and your contact for orders, products, and support.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with appropriate permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information. Keep account credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Products and descriptions

Product pages describe the garment, fit, materials, graphics, and any stated production time. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Garment-washed items may have the shade and finish variations disclosed on their listings. These variations do not excuse material differences from the description or defective goods.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices, currency, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout is completed. Promotional codes are subject to the conditions shown with the offer. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, a listing contains a material error, or payment cannot be verified. If an order must be canceled, we will notify you and refund any payment collected. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Production, shipping, and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains production and delivery. Our Return and Refund Policy provides 30-day returns and store-paid return shipping for eligible items. The terms disclosed when you order apply to that purchase, subject to mandatory consumer law.
